Zenalogics is an independent AVIT integration company. We design, specify, install, and commission automation, AV, networking, access control, surveillance, and motorized shading — as a single integrated system, under one point of accountability.
We work on private residences, luxury hospitality environments, and commercial projects — across North America, the Gulf region, and internationally. Projects vary in scope and geography, not in the standard we hold ourselves to.

technology and space.
The space is the product.
Good technology integration leaves no trace of itself. No visible hardware. No exposed cable. No interface that requires a manual. The room stays the room — everything you've added disappears into it.
One point of responsibility.
We cover all six AVIT disciplines under one contract and one team. That means the networking engineer understands the AV design, and the automation programmer knows the shading specification. No gaps between trades.
Selective by design.
We take on projects we can execute to the standard they deserve. We'd rather be honest about fit early than disappoint late. If we're not the right integrator for a project, we'll say so.
Independent.
We are not aligned with any single manufacturer. We specify what's right for the project — whether that's Lutron, Crestron, Ubiquiti, or something else. Our recommendations are driven by the brief.
